This month I will introduce 3 film composers: Hervé Gilles, Cari Tibor and Jimena Contreras.
HERVÉ GILLES
Hervé Gilles is one of the most revolutionary composers I ever heard, I love his composition techniques, and his complex choice of sounds.
Different composers define his genre as hyperrealistic portrait of things existence, a mixture of funny but even moving feelings similar to “a kiss from a mother to her baby”.
Personally, I am really impressed with his song “Out of my Head”, I like his quaint and visceral genre.
Eric Boulenger, a composer of Contemporary Music, says about Hervé:
’’Is it better to have your feet on the ground and be completely sassy, or be reasonable with your head in the stars? The answer in this music: both. The space between the different “sound families” gives a 3D sound effect! . The story is full of twists and turns, it's funny, tragic, nostalgic, there is fear, consolation...we should put them all...The music is great, Hervé Gilles is one of its prophets (this music is contagious...Ouch!) ’’
I personally love to chat with Herves, and he is very happy to share his last songs to me, so I feel very lucky in this sense because I learn a new style of music composition.

CARI TIBOR
Tibor Cári
I got the pleasure of meeting Cari on Instagram, and I was able to appreciate his genre that portrays passion, a pinch of melancholy that takes me back to the 50s in particular with his song "La Valse Du Jeudi”.
There are Renaissance notes in her genre of music, which can be found in her song "Je Sais Ce Que Je Veux" which I really appreciated for her softness and delicacy.
Pianist and composer, Tibor Cári has studied at the Faculty of Music of Timişoara, it is a UNITER laureate for theater music since 2013 and has an vast experience as a composer of music for the stage or for film in Romania.
In 2019 It was awarded with the best theater music composer title of the year in Hungary. Is a composer and a performer in the syncretic author project “Theatre Fleas Orchestra” & “The Tango Orchestra” which combines theater and film music, dance and visual art in a concept seen for the first time in Romania and in his project “Theatre Music” to promote live music in the theater performances. Since 2005 he has performed at theater festivals and cultural events.
Tibor Cári has written music for more than 250 performances from the country and abroad for movies, commercials and TV generics.

JIMENA CONTRERAS
Jimena Contreras is a talented film composer who I had the pleasure of meeting her with another dear composer friend, Oscar Jasso.
I was really excited when I listened to one of her songs: "No Dejes De Mirarlo".
Her musical genre recalls different environments: epic, melancholic, horror and dystopian.
Jimena has collaborated as a tester for Cinematic Alpha and has received accolades from the Steinberg and Yamaha Corporation.is a talented film composer who I had the pleasure of meeting her with another dear composer friend, Oscar Jasso.

Jimena has collaborated as a tester for Cinematic Alpha and she was mentioned by Steinberg and Yamaha Corporation.
Composer and music producer. Jimena is the founder of Archway Studios where she specializes in the composition and production of music for film, television and video games.
The most recent works of her writing for video games are "Mechawaiis" developed in Mexico by the Big Monster studio and "Mayhem Masters" developed in Sweden by the Digital Ballista studio available on the Steam platform and on Nintendo Switch.
In the field of film and television, she has made original music for short films, feature films and documentaries in collaboration with different film production houses.
She has also written music for cultural television and currently writes music for Televisión Metropolitana (Channel 22) in Mexico.
She has also worked with independent producers and directors. Many film productions with her original music have been in the Official Selection and have been awarded at various Film Festivals in Mexico and around the world.
