When Cinematic Alpha migrated to Payhip, we had to face a 5 GB file size limit per product. At that time, the only way to deliver larger libraries was to split them into multiple parts. While this worked technically, it caused some complications during checkout — and in some cases, prevented the “Add to Cart” option from appearing.
The situation has now changed: Payhip allows multiple files of up to 5 GB each within a single product. This means that future libraries will be delivered seamlessly, without the need to divide them.
Of course, this improvement requires us to reorganize the entire catalog. And here’s where it’s important to remember something: Cinematic Alpha is a one-man show. Behind the brand, it’s Andrew personally taking care of development, design, packaging, support, marketing, and now even the process of restructuring every single product.
Because of this, the update won’t happen overnight. It will take about one month to complete the transition, and during this time some products may still only display the “Buy Now” button.
We appreciate your patience and support — Andrew is working tirelessly to make sure your experience gets smoother and better with every step. Once this process is finished, all products will support cart checkout, making your shopping journey as seamless as your music.
