ABOUT REPEATED TITLES
Some product titles may appear in more than one collection.
However, the Kontakt and Soundbox versions are creatively different and sound different. Each platform uses its own engine, features, preset architecture and sound-design approach, and many of the included presets may also differ. Products sharing the same name should therefore not be considered identical versions of the same instrument.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
1. No refunds.
Due to the digital nature of the products included in this collection, purchases are final and non-refundable.
2. Required third-party software.
Kontakt libraries require the Full version of Native Instruments Kontakt. Soundbox libraries require Audiomodern Soundbox 1.3 or later. Vital products require Vital. These third-party applications are not included unless explicitly stated.
3. Platform compatibility.
Not every included tool or plug-in is available for every operating system. VELOSPLITTER is currently for macOS only.
4. Aristotle compatibility.
Aristotle is available for macOS and Windows. Supported plug-in formats are VST3 and AU where applicable. AU is a macOS format. AAX is not supported.
5. Minimum hardware requirements.
A minimum of 16 GB of RAM is required. On Mac, Apple Silicon M1 or newer is required. On Windows, a recent 64-bit Intel or AMD processor is required.
6. Downloads and extraction.
Some products may be delivered as ZIP, RAR or multi-part compressed archives. For multi-part archives, all parts must be downloaded completely before extraction and kept together in the same folder.

Because this collection may include large downloads, a fast and stable internet connection is required. A wired Ethernet/LAN connection is strongly recommended whenever possible.
8. Final sale acknowledgement.
You understand that there are no refunds for digital products included in this collection, including refunds requested because of hardware limitations, software incompatibility, use of Kontakt Player instead of Kontakt Full, download difficulties, extraction problems, or failure to review the stated requirements before purchase.
